The big news in Miami was not necessarily who won; but rather who wasn't there. With the winning handler from the last three qualifying events, Lyle Steinman, taking this event off, it was a wide open competition. In the end however, it was two familiar faces sitting atop the pro standings. Clint Johnson and Larry won the pro division with a final round score of 49, just edging out Chris Akin and Baylie who finished with 53. Johnson also took home 3rd place with Savannah over ten points back with a score of 64.

On the amateur division, NP Larson finally broke through and took home first place with Twiggy. Mike Gibson and Shay-D finished second 13 fault behind and Rick Stevens and Maggie rounded out the top 3 amateurs.
