• 6:30 p.m. - Retriever Trial Handlers check in and meeting - Presented by EarlyWorks Museum Complex, Bubba's Catering

Thursday, October 30, 2008 - Cove Park or Jones Farm
location TBA at Check in Dinner on Wed. night. Both locations are in close proximity to eachother and Valley Bend Shopping Center
• 7:00 a.m. - Retriever Trial competitors meet at Mayfair Church of Christ.
Cove Park address: 834 Old Highway 431 - Competitors and public will be able to park on site at Cove Park no shuttle will be provided. Due to traffic flow problems on Jones Farm and limited turn around areas, only competitor vehicles will be allowed on Jones Farm. There will be a free shuttle provided all week that will run from Mayfair Church of Christ back and forth to the Retriever Trial Area for any other gallery. Thank you for understanding and helping us out on this 
• 7:30 a.m. - Retriever Trial Series 1 begins

Friday, October 31, 2008 - Jones Farm
Due to traffic flow problems on Jones Farm and limited turn around areas, only competitor vehicles will be allowed on Jones Farm. There will be a free shuttle provided all week that will run from Mayfair Church of Christ back and forth to the Retriever Trial Area for any other gallery. Thank you for understanding and helping us out on this

• 7:30 a.m. - Retriever Trial Series 2 begins at Jones Farm

Valley Bend Shopping Center
• 10:00 a.m. Super Fly Check In and open practice
• 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Pro/Am Super Fly Qualifier 1 - 2 jumps each
• 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Fun with Splash dogs- All jump.

Saturday, November 1, 2008 - Jones Farm
• 7:00 a.m. - Retriever Trial competitors meet at Mayfair Church of Christ

• 9:00 a.m. Super Fly Check In and open practice
• 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Pro/Am Super Fly Qualifier 2 - 2 jumps each
• 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Calling Competition- Southeast Jr. Championship
• 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. - Pro/Am Super Fly Qualifiers 3-2 jumps each
• 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Calling Competition- Alabama State championship
• 3:00 p.m - 4:30 p.m. - Super V Pro Qualifiers - Top 4 advance to Finals
• 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Calling Competition- Two Man team regional

Sunday, November 2, 2008 - Jones Farm
All public parking and Shuttle service will be at Valley Bend Shopping Center by Super Fly Dock due to church service parking

• 8:00 a.m. - Retriever Trial competitors meet at Mayfair Church of Christ Parking Lot
• 9:00 a.m. - Retriever Trial Series 3 Semi Final Round - Top 24 Qualifiers
• 3:00 p.m. - Retriever Trials Series 4 Final Round - Top 12 Qualifiers    
Retriever Winners Announced after completion of Retriever Trials

• 8:00a.m. - Super Flyers Check In
• 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. - Pro/Am Super Fly LAST Qualifier - 2 jumps each
• 10:30am-11:30am - Super Fly AM Finals Top 12
• 12:00-1:00pm - Super Fly Pro Finals Top 12
• 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. - Super V Pro Finals Top 4
