Arkansas Retriever Challenge

SRS Club Event presented by Pin Oak HRC to benefit Peppers Pond.

Mayflower, Arkansas

May 29-31, 2015

If you have never had the oppurtunity  to see the greatest dogs in the retrieving world compete, now is your chance. Pro handlers and Amateur handlers, along with their canine athletes, will compete in the 3rd annual Arkansas Retriever Challenge for prizes and prize money and a qualified spot in the SRS Crown Championship held this fall in Huntsville, Alabama.  The Arkansas Retriever Challenge is a SRS Club event put on by the Pin Oak Hunting Retriever Club .  The proceeds made by this event are donated to Arkansas Game and Fish commission and are used to maintain and develop Phase II of Pepper’s Pond at Camp Robinson SAU.

Pepper’s Pond retriever training facility has been in existence since 2000.  In spring of 2009 a tornado destroyed 26 acres of land adjacent to the pond.  Arkansas Game and Fish Commission donated this land to the retriever community in 2012 and with their help and the help of  Pin Oak HRC and many other donors,  Phase II of Pepper’s Pond was built.  We will be making our debut this spring at the 3rd Arkansas Retriever Challenge on this new pond.  For more information and updates on Peppers Pond give us a Like !

This event is a free event and we encourage all to come out, bring a lawn chair, sit down and relax.  Its a great day watching these dogs work!!

Competitors – There is a 85 dog limit at this event. For premium purposes cutoff for entry will be Saturday May 23, 2015 at 12:00 midnight, EST.  Thank you for being helpful in this matter.
